On May 28, 2024, Teimuraz Kereselidze, the Chargé d'Affaires of Georgia in the State of Qatar, and Davit Absandze, the First Secretary of the Embassy, met with the Georgetown University Assistant Dean Professor Dr. Christine Schiwietz at the Qatar Georgetown University.

On May 28, 2024, Teimuraz Kereselidze, the Chargé d'Affaires of Georgia in the State of Qatar, and Davit Absandze, the First Secretary of the Embassy, met with the Georgetown University Assistant Dean Professor Dr. Christine Schiwietz at the Qatar Georgetown University. 

At the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of future cooperation between the Embassy of Georgia and Qatar Georgetown University. 

During the meeting, the parties also discussed the international educational programs of Qatar Georgetown University for Georgian and foreign students
