On February 2, 2026, Varlam Avaliani, Ambassador of Georgia to the State of Qatar, met with Mr. Ali Bu Sharbak Al-Mansori, General Manager of the Qatar Chamber. 

 

The meeting focused on the current state of economic and trade relations between Georgia and the State of Qatar, as well as opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

 

The sides also discussed Georgia’s investment potential and agreed to organize a business-to-business meeting in Doha to enhance direct contacts between the private sectors of both countries.
