Exhibition of Georgian artist Gela Patiashvili opened in Qatar
The Embassy of Georgia to the State of Qatar in cooperation with the Cultural Village Foundation – Katara and the Georgian Art Gallery – “Vere Gallery” jointly organised Exhibition “Forms of Life” by the Georgian Artist Gela Patiashvili opened on 16 June 2022.
Ambassador of Georgia to the State of Qatar Nikoloz Revazishvili and General Manager of the Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) Prof. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti jointly inaugurated the event. Georgian artist Gela Patiashvili addressed the audience and briefed about the his artworks presented at the exhibition.
The Exhibition "Forms of Life" feature up to 20 diverse artworks by the Georgian artist. Number of works presented at the event have been specially created for the exhibition at Katara.
The event was attended by the Ambassadors of various countries accredited to the State of Qatar and representatives of the diplomatic corps, academia and art circles, as well as Georgian citizens residing in Qatar.
Guests will have the opportunity to visit the exhibition during the two weeks and explore the works of the Georgian artist. The exhibition will last until 29 June 2022.
