Georgia and Qatar signed the memorandum for cooperation between the diplomatic services

On February 8, 2021, Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Training of Diplomats between the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar was signed in Doha. On behalf of the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the memorandum was signed by the Ambassador of Georgia to the State of Qatar, Nikoloz Revazishvili. From the Qatari side MoU was inked by the Director of the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Horr. 

The Memorandum of Understanding envisages the development of cooperation between the diplomatic services of the State of Qatar and Georgia in the field of training of diplomatic staff. In particular, the parties agree to cooperate in areas such as organizing of the regular and individual courses, exchange of diplomats, lecturers, researchers and students, conducting joint research, preparation of scientific papers, sharing experience in the field of foreign language teaching, educational activities and teaching methodology.
